4/8/12 week or ongoing options! All coaching will be administered through the Body By Britt app! There, you will be able to access your full training plan with video demonstrations and a calendar of your workouts, check in requirements, and Facetimes with me! You will also have the opportunity to track your weights, leave comments about your workouts, and update me on how they went directly through the app. Training is updated every 4 weeks. Your personalized nutrition plan is updated weekly and will be found in the app with macro goals and the ability to let me know to switch out a meal if you aren't enjoying it!
